The V.2021 Titus Cab Sauv was crafted with an impressive precision to deliver a lush-styled Napa floor wine. Composed of 80% Cab Sauv, 7.5% Malbec, 7% Merlot, and 5.5%% Petit Verdot. Now the real magic and how luscious the wine is, can be partly thanks to the Barrel Aging that the wine underwent for 20 months in 50% New French & Hungarian Oak.

This wine is very harmonic from the “get go”, it over-delivers many enticing notes of baked dark cherry, compote of berries, and the herbaceous swirling as you sniff around, it is pretty fantastic. The gratitude of the wine is so gentle on the palate that the structured tannins, acidity, ripen berries and the velvety taste pushes the wine to dance in the mouth. The finish is heaven. Blend is actually 50% Cinsault, 35% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Very dark inky ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black and blue berry fruit, violets and tobacco. The rich palate features flavors of cooked black cherry, blueberry and black berry/currant fruit with notes of sweet spices and black pepper. Long and lingering finish and a lovely soft/silky texture. No sign of oak aging. Acidity is plentiful but well balanced. Quite fresh and bright! Solid QPR. — 4 months ago

A very pretty color of dark ruby with a very wide reddish rim.

Beautiful nose of red and black fruits, light cedar, tobacco leaf, earth, licorice, spices, herbs, peppercorn, eucalyptus and dark chocolates.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blueberries, plums, cherries, currants, light wood, coffee, spices, dark chocolates, earth, tobacco leaf, herbs, peppercorn, pencil lead, licorice and black tea.

Long tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries.

This is a delicious Cinsault based blend from Lebanon. What a great surprise. Elegant and spicy. Complex, smooth and well balanced.

This Single Vineyard feels much older than it actually is. Feels like a red Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

This 4 year old is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to drink nicely over the next 5 to 7 years.

Needs a couple of hours to open up properly, so be patient. Easy drinking and very pleasant, once it opens up.

A great sipping wine that will also pair nicely with game meats or lamb dishes.

A blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French Oak barrels for 6 months.

Garnet-colored. Hits like it might be astringent but immediately smooths out and rolls across your tongue leaving a layer of tannins that diffuses nicely. If you swish it around, it will make you pucker. Very dry but buttery if you keep it centered in your mouth. I bought it because of an average rating of 9.3 for this 2020 vintage but I don’t think I’d rank it that high. Maybe a 9.0, a little disappointing for $50. — 5 months ago

Made in a small town at foot of Sierra Cantabria in the DO. A single variety Tempranillo from 50 year old vines has a deep Ruby red color and aged for 18 months in French and American oak. Aromas of red fruit and spice. On the palate ripe black fruit, fine tannins, well balanced with a medium+ finish ending with fruit, spice and some oak notes. Nice! — a year ago
