An Aglianico from Campania. Mouldy Savoury raspberries with aromas of barnyard and stable manure. Intensely savoury. My notes do not do justice to this Central Italian Red. In summary I very much liked it. Tasted again 9 weeks later. Notes as above but seems more highly savoury with notes of wet nappy and geranium. Don’t get me wrong but highly recommended. — 8 years ago
Reddish. Nuts like aroma. Concentrated, black currant, a bit strong tanning means it has not been aged enough, so should be decanted. 1.5 hours later, its taste is stable and very nice, that is a French wine. Mid+ @1800, Xuheng, 180130 — 8 years ago
Classical left bank nose. Earthy with oak. Still young... turning into wet stable — 9 years ago
This is really something else. My experience with gamay feels fragmented with few and very different expressions. Had a couple of nice ones last year but nothing like this. Needs plenty of air to open up a complex palette. I get stable, irony blood, cherry, mint and plenty of minerality. Taste is smooth despite considerable acidity. Lots of minerality too. Finish is long and dominated by tart fruit. What a great wine! — 9 years ago
Very concentrated with nicely integrated oak. Very stable and lively for 12 years. — 10 years ago
Fantastic! Old and aged with buty! A nice (not sticky) smell of an old stable and decomposed leaves. Love the taste! Round and nice but still fruity and alive. Can it be better? Only one bottle left in the cellar!!! — 10 years ago
Smell really good. Stable grape taste — 11 years ago
Vintage 2012 - wine from #corse #corsican local grapes #nielluciu and #sciaccarello The wine has very clear evolution, giving a rooftile brown rim. The smell of a stable, positive stinking! Also raspberries liquor, plums, a bit dusty impression in taste with a nice bitter at the end. The smell of the wine from these curious grapes reminded me a bit of Burgundy. — 8 years ago
Very open and stable flavor. Nothing fancy but joyful. Goes really well with steak, just like how Gord cooked for us over the New Year. — 9 years ago
A natural AND stable Garganega from Italy?! Yes please! And a steal at $36 for 1.5L in BC. — 10 years ago

Interesting smell of wet autumn leaves and stable. Mature and very balanced taste. The wine has aged with grace!
Very nice! Drink now! — 10 years ago
Loved it at spoon and stable 3-18-16 with CGS — 11 years ago
Red Diamond Merlot--a great stable red wine! — 12 years ago
Maliciously magnificent and majestically magical with it's masterful maelstrom of mature marjoram and fruit marmalade...among the best man may make. Stellar. Just a straight up stupendous stabber with it's stupefyingly sturdy structure, stand-alone stone fruit and St. Steven ordained staginesses right out of the stable. — 8 years ago
Stable floor on the nose- very strong out of the bottle but subsided and blends into background eventually. Pepper, small sour cherries that are not quite ripe gives it a little fruitiness but a strong tartness. And astringent Tannins make this last in the mouth long after the sip. — 8 years ago
Big brambly nose with nice stable aromas. Medium bodied, smooth and juicy with very silky tannins. Drinking very well! — 9 years ago

A bit of a stable smell, but wonderful taste — 9 years ago
Yes @Théo Cauchois this is f*cking stable. And delicious. And complex. And dense. And it was infected by noble rot too. Damn! Pass the Comté... — 11 years ago
Lovely drinking now, grapes tannat, cab sauv and cab franc, which make the wine accessible. Expressive fruit, coffee and the smell of a stable. Gorgeous. — 12 years ago
