Nice minty nose of red fruit and baking spices. The flavors are still very youthful. Lots of dark fruit, plums, cherries. Tannins still present, but integrated. Very impressive for a 11 year old “second wine”

Reddish. Nuts like aroma. Concentrated, black currant, a bit strong tanning means it has not been aged enough, so should be decanted. 1.5 hours later, its taste is stable and very nice, that is a French wine. Mid+ @1800, Xuheng, 180130

Exceptional bottle. Hints of plum and currant under the graphite and espresso. Tannins on the finish but softer than anticipated.

I ate my 45 day, dry-aged strip way too slow and had to settle for doe of this! Interesting transition to a musty basement/dirty sock but delicious none the less. Big and strong, lots of tannins and great with the remaining bites of my dry-aged strip! Still needs some time.

Delicious, dark fruits, perfect tannins...amazing out of the bottle...taste moderates a bit after decanting-in-glass unfortunately. Still amazing. Thanks, better half
