Holy guacamole this is good! So pure and fresh. Alpine like! Herbs and bright red fruit. Why did I open this so young? Holy crap — a month ago
Love fichet and this was my first experience with their Bourgogne blanc. Plays with their big boy mersaults for sure.
Would be interested to see which vineyards / parcels go into this puppy. Damn good! — a month ago
Freaking nice! Kind of expensive but god it’s well made. Nice selection north Berkeley imports. Warm baking spices, yellow apple and citrus blossom on the nose. Lots of precision on the palate — 2 days ago
Great again. Super light in color but fully loaded and very subtle. Still young but throwing a bunch of sediment (out of 375ml) exceptional with the bolivar cuban stick. — 11 days ago
There is a whole lot to like here. Expensive for cotes de bourg but tertre roteboeuf pedigree. At or around it’s peak now with some nice soil and secondary aspects. Still shows the dark red fruits as well. This could be nothing other than Bordeaux. Really nice stuff all around — a month ago
What a value. Love this wine. Dark and brambly. Super clean with soft but very present tannins. The texture is really what stands out — 2 months ago
Rocking again! Stemmy, fresh and with cool red fruits and dried herbs. Loved it — 11 days ago
Beautifully evolved almost chambertin like. Still deep and with some viscosity but showing a lot of grand cru burgundy notes. Power and finesse. Really glad I waited 10 years on this puppy. Awesome @Jeff Pisoni — 11 days ago
My God talk about a wine that doesn’t disappoint. Dark in color, brambly dark boysenberry with camphor and crushed violets on the nose. A little olive tapenade, pepper and herbs as well. Tannic and broad yet graceful as all get out. How is it already this good while so young ? Try it and find out — 2 months ago
