Feb 18th, 2018The cork was in great shape- the wine was rich and a bit tannic. Plenty of fruit which took an hour plus to open up. Still young- needs a few years to shed the tannins but much fruit to carry the Pinot body. At 30 years well preserved.🍷🍷
