Outstanding mousse & lively acidity. Lime zest, lemon pulp in juice, grapefruit w/ pith, orange citrus blend with peel, kiwi, tropical melons, white nectarines, excellent white spice, baguette crust, gritty white chalk, dry, crushed limestone bits, grey volcanics, oyster shells, saline/sea spray, light tones of fresh herbs, yellow lilies, spring flowers with greens, excellent acidity, well; structured, balanced, knitted, beautiful finish that is even and lands on minerality & spice. — 8 months ago

Great color in the decanter... medium gold with an enticing perfume. Notes of sweet Meyer lemon, apricot, gravel stone, tan clay, some mint, a little ginger and some sweet marzipan. Has an exotic and slightly musty (desirable) funk. Huge weight with great fruit and solid acidity in the mouth. Decanted for 2 hours before drinking. Awesome juice! Nose has cherry, leather, herbaceous and spice notes. Medium plus acidity, smooth tannins, full bodied Pinot Noir. Tons of red fruit, with notes of black cherry, young strawberry. Secondary notes of oak and vanilla. Short finish, but works well as a package. Great with food cause it is after all, a Pinot Noir. High 14.5% ABV for a Pinot as well, but it opens up nicely and is not closed off. Very pleasant wine to drink! — 5 years ago

12' Sea Smoke Streamside Chardonnay. Last time I tried this particular bottle...made a note saying WAIT. It hasn't quite been a year.

Light golden in color(slightly darker then a year ago )Medium-ish body. This acidity has settled down since I had this last year(it needed to) quite nicely. Tropical flavors are still pronounced in the wine. Yellow apple, pear, pineapple, nutmeg & vanilla. Secondary flavors are starting to open up. Would enjoy trying this again in 2/3 years. — 11 years ago

Light straw colour with notes of bread, lemon, pear, apricot and white flower on the nose. Lively and ample mousse with a bright acidity. On the palate, lemon, tart green apple, unripe pear, white peach with some chalk and wet stone minerality. Long finish with a lemon zing and brioche. Very enjoyable but still very young and will be awesome in another 5 years! — 5 years ago

Medium gold, heavy in the glass. Awesome aged Raveneau nose. Notes of citrus, kimmeridgian white stone and light colored dirt, some honey, some spice. Great mouth feel, with acidity that powered up over 4-5 hours. Awesome with some angel hair pasta and shrimp, looking out over the Kohala Coast. — 6 years ago

Medium gold. Nice weight. Citrus and sea shell nose. Also notes of white stones, sweet kiwi and some tan spice. Rich and powerful in the mouth, a bit disjointed, but it began to come together with air. Shows a little more age than I would expect but its a nice drink now. — 7 years ago
