Medium in body, fresh and driven, the 2022 Pinot Noir (Santa Lucia Highlands) is pretty forward in its red-fruited profile, but it also possesses a core of stern, rocky minerality. An enticing air of highlands herbs and sweet lavender adds further intrigue. Juicy, sweet raspberry, clove and a kick of toasty French oak sweetness make the 2022 an inviting choice for drinking over the next several years. (Billy Norris, Vinous, August 2024)

Deep fruit. A touch of tang. Some tobacco and dried herbs. Iron and deep fruit. So young given its age. Quite intense. Soulful. Excellent — a month ago
Drinkable for sure, it had something going on that wasn’t on point. Couldn’t figure it out — a month ago
Amazing. More fruity than other Grigio. But less acid than blanc. Ws favorite. — 2 months ago

Wow this is a great example of Santa Barbara Chardonnay. Some wood in the nose next to moderate tones of tropical fruit. In the mouth it has a slight salty tone. Paired beautifully with 60 months old Parmezan cheese. — 18 days ago
