Lemon Yellow in colour. Aromatics of citrus, apple and white daisies (Barb). Very delicate on the palate with those aromatics of citrus and apple coming through with minerality. A touch of salinity to finish off. Like most PYCM bottles this is way too heavy. — 7 months ago
White peach, tangerine, citrus acidity. Always good. — 8 months ago
Pale lemon in colour. Creamy and mealy on the palate. More citrus than stone fruit. M plus intensity on Medium bodied palate. A great effort for a village white burgundy. Adjacent to the Hill of Corton with many of its attributes. Points off for a ridiculously heavy bottle - seems to be PYCM Policy. — 8 months ago

It’s no secret PYCM made incredible 11’s. Les Caillerets couldn’t have shown better tonight, fully open and giving wafting from the glass with layers of white peach, toasted hazelnut and pastry cream. The palate is impeccably refined, elegant, pure and chiseled with racy lemony acids, superb weight for the vintage and a long stony mineral inflicted finale. Excellent, and still quite young. — 7 months ago
