2021 vintage is very smooth. Delicious — 3 months ago
Nose: meaty, leather, red fruit palate:strawberry, red fruit like raspberry, young cherry, fresh cut grass.
Finish: medium, oily, tannic — a month ago
This is special. Bold, ripe and textured. Nose presents white fruits, green apples, nutmeg and a spring day. Dry-ish finish on the mid palate which is laser focused.

Light nose and light body. Nothing special but fine for a fish dinner. — 3 months ago
Ruby red with aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and plum. On the bud, baking spices, blueberry, cinnamon, and a nice balance and medium finish. — 3 months ago
Light lime and pear with wet stone and a touch of salt. — 4 months ago
I used an Ah-So which ended up being merely a precaution since the top of the cork looked a bit dry. Turns out it was fine. Acidity was stunning at 15 years, some dried fruit on top of cherry compote with ethereal traces of tannins at the end. Delicious SRH Pinot Noir. Miles Raymond would definitely approve! 😉 — 6 months ago
We had the 2015 Vintage on 1/3-5/25. Medium bodied. An excellent Pinot Noir. Nice mouthfeel. Black cherry blackberry and Asian spice. Really good — 6 months ago
Had at the Judgement of Paris wine tasting/dinner. Still holding up after 40 years! — a month ago
Full bodied, semi-sweet, dry, paired well with a ribeye steak. — a month ago

I really like what Evening Land does in general and their Pinots in particular. Lovely nose with some good cherry. Balanced mouthfeel with good dark red fruit and some nice herby notes. Acid is medium but works well to hold it together and the persistence is good. Really quite enjoyable. — 5 months ago

No sediment, so I popped and poured. Explosive nose has super-deep, pure spicy blackberry Zin fruit. Purity of fruit is a hallmark (in my experience) of Ridge’s Dusi Ranch cuvée. There’s also a bit of clove from the American oak, but it’s pretty subtle. Great intensity of flavor in the mouth, with a soft, enveloping texture. It’s big, at 14.8%, but it’s balanced. And keeping things under 15 in Paso is challenging. Terrific wine. Yummo. — a month ago
