Cherries, juicy but not overpoweringly acidic, wood, velvety mouthfeel, vanilla, light tannins. Delightful! — 2 years ago
Nose is white flowers. Lovely. An elegant perfume.
Palate is a hint of white nectarines. Lemon pith. Very mineral. A hint of salt. Long salty finish. Wow. Killer entry level greco. Killer. — 3 years ago

Ruby color, limpid, fluid. A nose of red fruits, flowers and woody notes from aging. Bouquet, classic and classy nose. On the palate, the attack is balanced, the body is charming, the tannins of oak barrels and the fruit are well mixed, with notes of red fruits and flowers. The finish unfolds on woody tannins and a tangy return. Without great complexity but balanced. The wine falls quickly, to drink on the opening day.
Robe rubis, limpide, fluide. — 4 years ago
Slightly sweet cherry....very drinkable and definitely bang for the $ — 5 years ago
Starting to think this might be my favourite Barolo...up there with wines from Aldo Conterno and Rinaldi. Deep, concentrated and brooding with lots of cherries and balsamico notes. This is not a light and acidic Barolo at all but big and bold. Loved it! — 9 months ago
Pleasant Piemonte red blend. Paired well with a variety of food. Drank in February 2023. Nicely balanced — 2 years ago
This brilliant red wine presents itself elegantly, with a nose that marries the fruit of Sangiovese with the smoke of Merlot. Dark fruit is what you smell, with a bit of vanilla and spice from the wood. The wine drinks spectacularly, with a full mouthfeel, soft tannins and a long-lasting finish. My friendly neighborhood publicist feels that it is a great wine with which to toast a strong, bold woman on International Women’s Day on March 8, 2022. — 3 years ago
This was an evening out in Raleigh while in town for a wedding. We had a glass of the Nine Hats Red Blend. Medium purple with a nose of blackberry jam, strawberries, vanilla, and a slight hint of sweet tobacco. Very much a fruit forward wine on the palate. Full bodied, this is a crowd pleaser. We had this by the glass at Vita Vite in Raleigh, NC. At $20 a bottle this is a great value. — 4 years ago

Delicious and oh so easy to pass off as a wine of twice the cost at $15. Candied citrus rind, underripe grapefruit, respectable curves. — 5 years ago
