그르나슈를 포함한 론 블렌드 와인으로 코르크를 땄을때부터 기분좋은 딸기/체리향이 나를 반겨준다. 색깔은 짙지 않은 자주색과 가장자리에 약간의 벽돌색을 띄고 14.5도로 도수는 높은편. 맑은 색과 다르게 진한 바디감을 가지고 있어 묵직한 음식들과 함께 먹어도 충분히 잘 어울릴 것 같으며 마치 내가 Cote Du Rhone Y&M 2016 빈티지를 먹었을때 느낀 달콤함도 함께 느낀듯 하였다. 한동안 카베르네소비뇽을 위주로 단일품종 와인만을 마셨는데 이런 론 블렌드가 내 취향인 것 같기도 하고.. 우연히 잡은 와인에서 즐거운 경험을 하게 되어 너무 기쁘다. — 5 years ago

Pinot Noir has never been my go-to varietal, but this is what I hope to find whenever I do go there. Turned earth, mushroom, and slight barnyard blend seamlessly with bright cherry, cranberry, and blueberry. M acid and M+ tannins, this was subtle while remaining complex and beautifully balanced. — 4 years ago

Pale lemon in color.
Nose of citrus, yeast, brioche, spices, sea salt, minerals and green apples.
Medium bodied with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, light grapefruits, citrus, green apples, herbs, yeast, sea salt and spices.
This is a nice entry level Champagne. Tangy and spicy. Good by itself and better with food.
Needs 30 minutes to open up properly.
A blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier and 17% Chardonnay.
12% alcohol by volume.
