Perfect drinking of 2016 vintage in early 2025. Lots of red fruit and good body. $17. — 6 months ago
Always like badly turned. A lot of apples, pears and some other elements on the nose. Somewhat the same on taste with a nice finish. — 10 months ago

Great balance of acidity, minerality and chalkiness that showcases terroir of Cotes de Blancs (specifically wine comes from Le Mesnil sur Oger and Lea Chetillions). Lemon zest, freshly baked bread toast and long, dry finish. — 4 months ago

Nose presents baking spices and a touch of soft brown sugar. Palate is dense and layered, as usual for this producer (before the winery changed hands the first time around). Notes of coffee, tobacco and maple syrup come through on the mid palate. Nice tannin/acidity combination complete what is a classic BV presentation. Drink these within the 24 months. This winery has been on the slide ever since Ed Snyder and team departed. I tasted some of the 18’s and 19’s and they were a mere shadow of the previous product.

Savory, fruit and texture driven blend of Etna’s Carricante plus three other local grapes. It displays a clear and bright, light straw yellow appearance backed up by attractive high toned aromatics of citrus and white stone fruits.
On the palate, it is oak-free, medium bodied and nicely balanced with an ample supply of juicy acidity and perfumed fruit that gives the Bianco a long, satisfying finish. Overall, this is an elegant and flavorsome sip-and-savor wine that should appeal to just about anyone.

Wonderful aromatics and texture as usual for Fourrier. The 2018 vintage is a bit more closed than I expected. Pomegranate, cherries, hint of musk, white pepper on the nose. Great structure, salinity, energy and balance on the palate. Long finish. Grand cru quality stuff from Fourrier - punching above it’s weight. — 2 years ago
