Proper use of the term “Reserve”. Measurable step up from their other Cabs (which don’t suck either), with massive red and black fruit, orange peel, brown sugar, molasses, and dried tobacco leaf. Fruit is damn near perfect with a bold tannic finish. You can smell it from 2 feet away. Well worth the scratch.

Feb 19th, 2018Decanted 2 1/2 hours. Showing pretty well. Spice, dark fruit, firm tannin and vanilla. Needs more time but that’s no surprise.

I can see where its going, but not there yet. Hold em if you got em.
