Beautiful dry sav blanc, and a fantastic value! Crisp, crystalline color with notes of green apple, sharp minerality, and a slight note of baked goods on the nose. Light bodied, with sharp crispness and acidity that tingles long after the first sip, with notes of lime rind, crisp green apple, white peach, and wet stone. The lime acid is very prominent! — 2 months ago

Gotten better with age! Showing more enticing tertiary notes and black fruits and earth. Firm texture and good long finish. — 4 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2023 pours pale pink color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with pretty notes of strawberry, raspberry, a mixed bouquet of flowers, watermelon and stony minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium and refreshing. Crush now with some good weather, some good mates and some light fare. — 20 days ago
