The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva Marchese Antinori is particularly strong this year. Red cherry, plum, blood orange and pomegranate infuse the 2021 with notable depth. French oak is better integrated than in the past. There's less extraction today and quite a bit more finesse. This is a terrific showing from Antinori. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, July 2024)

La Braccesca - Bramasole 2021/ Aged in new French oak. Pure Syrah. Inky ruby coloration. On the nose, dark cherry, cassis, vanilla. On the palate, full bodied, rich mouthfeel, dark berry, cassis, spice and loads of chocolate. Long chocolaty finish. 9.8. — a month ago
Super Tuscan at its peak, just beginning to show brickish color on the rim but intense ruby for the most part. The nose starts of with wet forest and red roses and opens to opulent dark berries then wet wood and even wet leather. Palate has persistent fruit throughout with hints of vanilla, polished tannins and bright acidity with a long balanced finish. — a month ago
Very dark ruby coloration. On the nose, spice, oak, vanilla, anise and dark berry. On the palate, dark berry, vanilla, minerality in the finish. Very nice wine with balanced tannins. — a month ago

Achello: dark ruby coloration light and fruity Syrah florals. From 3-4th barrel use: so not a lot of structure from oak. Nose- florals, red berries, anise. On the palate, light, fruity, red berries, some anise. Easy to drink. Good happy hour wine. — a month ago
