Easy drinking Sauv Blanc — 5 years ago
A blend of 75% Semillon, 23% Sauvignon Blanc, & 2% Muscadelle. Golden with complex aromas, somewhat Riesling like, and adding a tropical bouquet. On the palate this botrytis rich wine shows apple, pineapple and honeysuckle flavors. Lingering finish ending with smoky vanilla notes. Had this at tasting and bought a few bottles! Will contine to age in the bottle. Nice! — 6 years ago
Lemony pale gold color. Gardenia, honeysuckle, sweet tangerine with hints of golden apple, tropical fruits, and ginger in the bouquet. Dried apricots, ripe gooseberries, and fresh apples with lemon zest and candied ginger notes on the palate. Umami mushroom and cooking fat sensation lingers long on the finish with hints of white pepper. Medium bodied white that would probably pair well with a rich cream sauce but wonderful by itself. So hard to find a yummy and interesting white wine! — 6 years ago
A beautiful Condrieu! Very floral and mineral. Honeysuckle and fresh grass, lovely legs and an oily appearance, but it’s light and spicy at the finish. Perfect for summer and paired with fish or Asian food. — 7 years ago
Lemon gold color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with citrus, sweet floral and complex spice, no MLF. On the palate flavors of ripe melon, pineapple, apricot and honeysuckle notes with lemon zest and biscuit notes, delicate, complex and well balanced, big and full Chardonnay. Long finish, savory, ending with mineral tones and fresh finish. Will age well. Outstanding! While I usually do not decant whites, this one will benefit to breathe a bit! — 9 months ago
2003. Delightful mix of the young honeysuckle notes and a more mature extracted grape — 3 years ago
Petroleum, honeysuckle, yellow cake, and lavender nose. On the palate more petrol, peach nectar, honey, ruby red grapefruit, gunpowder, white pepper, with a powerful petrol after nose. I might have called this a quality german trocken Riesling in a blind test. This is a fabulous Viognier in the french style. — 6 years ago
Wow. Mark’s Lauren Vineyard chard is always my favorite, but this 2008 is absolutely unreal. Incredible nose of honeysuckle, white flowers, lemon peel, and a touch of vanilla, the mouthfeel on this is unbelievable. Impeccable balance, with a finish that lasts well over a minute, this is one of the best chardonnays I’ve had in a long time. Just awesome. — 7 years ago

Buttery, floral (honeysuckle), toasted coconut, and warm apricot on the nose. Ripe apricot, mango, nectarine, beeswax. Hint of butter on the finish. — 7 years ago
Blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc with 5% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Gris, aged 50% new oak. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits, citrus and blossom with spicy notes. On the palate flavors of peach, pear and pineapple with slight citrus and honeysuckle adding pepper spice. Long finish, balanced acidity, ending with a fruit, oak and chalky mineral spice character. Very good! Will age well! — a year ago
Marsanne is becoming one of my absolute favourite varieties. This wine comes from 70+ years vines with a natural low yield. Full bodied, savoury and rich. Fennel, lemon oil, pomelo, honeysuckle, beeswax, jasmine, tiger balm. The mid-palate is packed. The ending is fresh with an electric sensation that lingers on your palate for ages. Chapoutier is really a trustworthy winery for being such a major player in the Rhône. — 4 years ago
Delicious and easy to drink red. I get notes of cola and cherry. Paired very well with Neapolitan pizza — 6 years ago
Mid Lemon in colour with a slight tinge of green amazingly. Aromas are of profound intensity of white peach and nougat. Barb also said honeysuckle. Those notes are carried through to the fulsome mouth filling palate with a citrus note to accompany the peach and nougat - finishing with nice cleansing acid keeping the wine fresh with a bitter note inviting you to take another glass. Sadly my last bottle from the excellent 2007 vintage. Proves this wine can go the distance in good years. — 6 years ago

Tropical fruit, grapefruit pith, honeysuckle, vanilla, peppery. — 7 years ago

I tasted this same 2010 about a year ago and wondered it would improve with further aging. I think the answer is yes.
This time around it shows more layered profile, with bruised apple, honeysuckle, beeswax, citrus peel, and wet stone leading the nose. The palate is broad and textured. Acidity has shaved off some hard edges, yet remains focus and intense. Engaging long finish. — 8 months ago
