Good tipicity. Lots of concentrated ripe red and black fruit, but between the hint of barnyard, good oak integration, lower alcohol and elegant body it’s very well restrained and enjoyable. Maybe a bit rustic but very well done  — a year ago

2022 vintage. Medium body. Decanted and tasted after 30 minutes. Bright nose and flavors. Too bright. Needs a solid half-decade to settle in, settle down and leave the night life behind. Could see the ceiling on this as a 9.4 in a decade+. 05.23.25. — 3 months ago

Stone fruits, nectarine, lemon, cream note, mineral, fresh pure elegant aftertaste.
Very good wine.
Drink now and suitable for further ageing.

All Pouilly-Fuisse at Domaine Trouillet wines are vinified in barrels or wooden tanks.

2023 vintage. Light-medium body. Initially pretty nose and flavors without trying-spearmint, raspberry, strawberry. Those impressions remained but dwindled with importance as rhubarb, clove and dark cherry steadily drifted in. A little substrate/carpet of dried earth that gradually gained strength. This is so youthful; a good 2-3 years necessary to even begin to speculate as to the ceiling and direction. 05.18.25. — 3 months ago

This keeps impressing, easily comparable to Trimach Cuvee Frederic Emile. Heavy petrol with citrus, but not as much complexity as other Aussie Rieslings. Nice finish but not particularly lengthy. — 2 years ago
