v17. Very good! Opens candied black cherry nose, settles to soft smoke. Fresh, deep, black cherry fruit. Medium, slightly dry, smooth, earthy, mocha finish. Enjoyable! — 6 months ago
First taste. Immediate notes of power with complex aromas and a firm punchy texture and long finish. Still, well balanced though didn’t go well with Evan’s salmon sushi bake which I should have expected. AA12! — 10 months ago
PnP. Better than expected and my previous bottle. More integrated tannins and bigger, darker fruit. Bordeaux like elements and a silky texture. I really enjoyed! — 3 months ago
Very intense and muscular Right-Bank Merlot-based Bordeaux blend. The wine is well-made and elegant but much bolder than anything produced in Saint-Emilion. Needs steak. This is a very big fruit bomb to start followed by a long elegant finish. Not my style but for those looking for the big bold California style this is it. — 8 months ago
v15. Very good! Nice. Soft white pepper, crushed fruit and cedar nose. Juicy black currant and blackberry fruit. Medium, slightly dry, mocha and leather finish. Nice food wine. — 6 months ago
