Aromatics of new leather and dried fruit. Not your average Côtes du Rhône as you would expect from Chateau de Beaucastel. More full bodied than expected to go with our chicken dish. Far richer than Guigal’s version of Côtes du Rhône. Had my last bottle 11 weeks later on 27th February 2026 with consistent notes. — 6 months ago
This was a very good Sauvignon Blanc. We had it with cheese and jellies on crackers. — 7 months ago

Drinking wonderfully right now beautiful complexity, depth, and nice, dark fruit earth and herbs and just the right amount of tannins in finish — 5 months ago

Very good. And a good price point. — 9 months ago
Great vintage for this. Super stoney nose. So so stoney. Smoke. Some red berry fruit. But so stoney. Gorgeous balance and so so juicy with that stoniness coming through with huge tannins that are so velvety. Pure. Juicy. Gorgeously defines red berry fruit. Amazing inner mouth aromas. Awesome freshness and acidity. Long. Amazing wine. What an estate. By far the best Cahors. Ripe vintages key here. This is superb. — 6 years ago

Dry and light. Not super fruity. Refreshing for hot and humid summer evening. — 6 years ago

Awesome wine. Honeyed, apricot, peach skin, crushed stone, floral, hint of tea, medium bodied, hint of nuttiness and medium to medium plus acid. Really fun and complex. Wish the acid was a touch higher. 13%abv — 3 months ago
