Gave it a good healthy air time .. beautiful ruby red colour...great deep plum and tar nose... so smooth... nice balance of sweetness, acid and alcohol but I was not a big fan of the peppery finish... which kept coming and going along..the wine is very food friendly and goes well with a bold meat dish,
