Orchard fruit, not much funk for a pet nat — a month ago
Impressive for its focus and presentation. Green Apple and grapefruit on the nose and palate. Clean and laser-focused with lychee on the back end. Super summer’s day sipper. Tilting sweet. First time trying this producer. Was not aware that NY was producing wines of this quality. — 2 months ago
Classic Riesling petrol nose, rich sweetness (~auslese-ish?) with more muted fruit. — 24 days ago
2012 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 1.25 hours open. Heavy body. Always too soon/early with these wines, whether white or red. Likely shouldn't be approached or flirted with for another 15 years to properly evaluate. Some chunky bite but mostly über-smooth bark. From what I'm told, they own the copyright for the stunning bottle shape style. 05.30.25. — a month ago
Very well balanced semi-dry. Has the zesty, moderate acidity of a dry Riesling to show off minerally and lime zest notes. Finishes sweet without being cloying. — 3 months ago
Nice balance, dry/acid with some buttery mouth feel — 2 months ago
Grampa liked this better than the Buttonwood. Sweeter and more fruity. — 3 months ago

This was great with the meal. Lighter yet complex fruit and not much pepper at all. — 15 days ago
