At peak, bought on release. Vines planted in the 60s. Great bottle of wine, different but on par with GGs. Joys of cellaring wine. The quiet work of Cali Riesling taken to perfection — 21 days ago
Seems like a good time to drink it but probably with some upside. There’s a clear step down here obviously from the chateau’s main wine and not sure at $75 this is worth it over say, Chasse spleen or Gloria — a month ago
Bottle 2/6. Time to be drinking these. Very solid crunchy red fruit strong core. Good for the $30 I paid — 4 days ago
Mature fruit but good acid, drink up. Profile now more similar to Albariño than Chardonnay — 19 days ago
Much more stuffing here than I expected, this is a serious wine. It is drinkable now especially compared to other 19s, though it’s missing the unique la morra softness right now. I would hold for a while before revisiting — a month ago
Just a touch nutty and oxy but nice acidity. Quite nice — 6 days ago
50% on terracotta hits right out of the gate all rocks. A lot more fruit develops, surprisingly almost tropical. Interesting to see where this goes — 12 days ago
Probably not getting better. Resolved and complete — 23 days ago

Continues to be very good but needs to warm up and needs an hour of air to come out. Unchanged since the last bottle about 8 months ago. I think this is bottle 5 of 6 but two were premoxed. Less hedonistic than the bournais. With release still under $40 this is one of the best values in wine though risky to age — a day ago
