Crisp and bone dry German Riesling perfect for hot days. This trocken from the Pfalz is a great example of those German wines. Delicious, but not for everyone. — 2 years ago
Best bottle of New York ever… go buy it now…. Thanks Liz & Ben Eberle Cherries and sweet Fruit — 5 years ago
Unbelievable, absolutely fabulous! I must have had it with the right food (including cauliflower with dill cheese as well as some cheese and crackers, all dill centered). Excellent! Could not stop drinking it, as it was so good! — 6 years ago
Just on point with 🌶 chili-lime wings — 7 years ago
Had it with fish a l’indienne (perla Meyers) a curry dish. Went together very well. — 8 years ago
Love it - unfolds in the mouth. Sweet and dry at the same time. Magic? — 9 years ago
A little sweet as the acid has faded with age. — 10 years ago
Like springtime in the mountains - thought it is fall and there is snow in Vail

Dry and very classic tasting Riesling. Wet stone, lime, honeysuckle, green apple, green pear, flint, and the faintest hint of petrol. Clean with high acidity, medium alcohol, light body and a terrific compliment to food. I had it with tuna tartare and it was a knockout. Terrific value. — 3 years ago
Easy drinking, pretty sweet though the finish lives up to semi-dry. Pear, peach, apple. — 6 years ago

Black cherry, raspberry, currant, cranberry, loamy earth and oak. Good structure and soft tannins. — 7 years ago
Stone fruit, vanilla, petrol, sweet mineral finish. — 8 years ago
Surprisingly medium lemon yellow color where a pale greenish lemon would be the norm. Rich and intense nose of white flowers, Apple, lime and a bit of honeyed peach and petrol in the background. More off-dry than medium sweet in perception thanks to the vibrant acidity. This is a lovely example of maturing Mosel riesling — 8 years ago
Light and super flavorful. — 9 years ago
Thinking pink as summer temps continue into October...
Strawberries and minerals on the nose and palate, more mild acidity compared to prior years. I'm loving this vintage!! — 9 months ago
Damn good — 9 months ago
Citrus, white flowers, lemon zest and a tiny petroly note on the nose. Sharp acid drive and lemony notes all around the palate. It's dry, yes, but there is almost a sweet note in mid palate. The finish is fresh, tangy and zesty and keeps you salivating. It's not great but it does the trick quite well. — 3 years ago
Really nice and a great price. — 5 years ago

Taking a look at TA for the '15 Champanel - opened this bottle of dry German Riesling to help with Potassium Carbonate calculations ;-) — 10 years ago

Light gold color. Grapefruit and white flowers on the nose. You can tell a Riesling producer made this. Ample sweetness, more than my liking for a Gewurz. Medium depth with some nice acidity. — 8 months ago
