Surprisingly medium lemon yellow color where a pale greenish lemon would be the norm. Rich and intense nose of white flowers, Apple, lime and a bit of honeyed peach and petrol in the background. More off-dry than medium sweet in perception thanks to the vibrant acidity. This is a lovely example of maturing Mosel riesling

Has flavors of pear, dried apricot and honey in balance with it’s acidity. The mouthfeel is full and silky, almost more like a Sauternes than a typical Riesling. This wine can be enjoyed with food, but is also a perfect compliment with cheese or dessert.

Söt melon och aprikos. Liten örtighet och spritsighet. En härlig beska som balanserar upp det hela i form av limezest och klorofyl. För tidigt öppnad kanske men korken hade typ börjat läcka så det brann i knutarna.
