Apple and pear fruit with classic mineral finish. Wonderfully paired with shellfish ( scallops and lobster). — 5 months ago
Loved this paired with food - prickly pear, lemon, honeysuckle or melon. Easy to drink, rounded and crunchy, not too tart nor too sweet. — 9 months ago
Balanced, warm, fruity — 4 years ago
More of a food wine at this point. Bright. Thinking oysters... — 6 years ago
Just yum - lemon curds, wet rocks, and juicy acidity wrapped in goodness. — 10 years ago
Beautiful Loire SB — 7 months ago
Maybe I’m not objective because of such fond memories of smelling this in the tank and tasting its two predecessors en barrique with Hubert on our honeymoon. But I can’t imagine this being any better than it was last night on our 25th anniversary. — 7 months ago
Jasmine, quince paste, spiced pear, lemon curd, pineapple sweetness, punchy. Touch of lemon pith at end, but tons of juicy acid. Creamy / lactic. Chalky minerals. Layered, delicious, weighty.

Young, but drinking so well with beautiful, pure, dark red cherry fruit. Nice tartness with that Morey earth in the background. No one in Burgundy captures such pure and delicious fruit flavors like Fourrier does. Can't wait to try the next bottle 5 years down the road. — 8 years ago
One of my favorite producers, my favorite GC Blanc, this is extremely young, but after decanting & warming up it offers so many layers of complexity, outstanding wine. — 8 years ago
21’ are so much fun for PnP. Light, pretty, red fruits and earth lead the way. — 8 months ago
Young, but only needs a few years. Elegant and excellent. — 8 months ago
Thomas Pico is one of my favorite Chablis producers. Chalk, oyster shell, under ripe green apple. Acid High. Delicious. — 3 years ago
Serious reduction that after an initial 3 hour decant and then a necessary additional hour 😅, finally blows off and gives way to layers of ripe orchard fruit, dry yellow extract, lemon oil and lilies, finishing with a cool mineral streak. It’s drinking quite youthful and primary still, but it’s in a good place nonetheless showing a nice balance of richness, vibrant acidity, tension and freshness. 2012 could sleep a bit more or use a 3 hour decant at minimum. A lot of great material here. — 4 years ago
