Just a lovely aged white from Domaine Rolet. The 'Expression du Terroir" is one of my favorites. The finish is so persistent, so much salinity, you'd think this was made with pink Himalayan salt. I love this will seared halibut cheeks with chorizo! This would be great with tandoori chicken as well. — 9 years ago
