Bought from Perrine’s. Delicious! Light with lots of flavor. Needs time to aerate. — 9 months ago
I can’t get over this wine! The first word that comes to mind is luscious!! Ripe peaches and pear, smoke, pineapple, chamomile, tree bark and limestone. I need a case and now I can’t find it - should’ve bought more!!! — 10 months ago
A beautiful red from Rhone valley! One of my favourite French reds. — 6 years ago
Millésime 2015!! Magnifique! Matière mur, corps gourmand et élancé. Éclat aromatique passant par les fruits noirs, les épices douces, la liqueur de fruit. J'ai adoré. — 9 years ago
Reminds me of France. Of course. — 11 years ago
Not what I expected i assumed elegance and was surprised that it was so full of fruit at this age. Another 5 yrs would help but right now it so pleasurable. — 6 months ago
Tasting very well right now. Needs to open up then you get a wonderful balance between the fruit and the tannins — 8 months ago

HWT - very nice red and enjoyed with a spicy red sauce - but if it’s $105 then 2x as much as I’d pay. — 5 years ago

Tasted Fall 2020, delicious with chanterelle pot roast and got me excited about wine again — 6 months ago
2022 vintage. Via Coravin. Medium-heavy body. Well made and delicious yet nothing specifically and currently driving the bus during the field trip. Needed more back-end action but not evident on the finish. Seems like an hour or three in a decanter would do this some justice and completely change this constructed narrative. 02.26.25. — 8 months ago
Opened about 30 minutes prior to dinner but no decant. Served slightly chilled. The 2016 “Blanche” pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. Developing with notes of ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, nutmeg, white pepper, minerals and cotton candy. On the palate, the wine is dry with lower acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium+. This is a wine of impeccable texture to match the king crab legs with dinner. Drink now through 2031. — 10 months ago

Smoky Syrah with fine tannins and restrained fruit. Very refined but very young. Long finish. — 8 years ago
Sneaky ripe for an Hermitage. A lot of fruit right out of the gate, but as it warms/breathes...The classic tar, meat and leather starts to emerge. What a wine — 8 years ago
Great. Ready. Thx N&S — 9 years ago

Damn. This is delicious and in an amazing spot 😍
It has effusive aromas & flavors black cherry preserves, dried fig, prune, rose, graphite, coffee grounds, blackberry bramble, licorice, leather, tobacco, peat, clove, star anise, cardamom, cured meat, black peppercorn, wet earth, mushroom, potting soil, balsamic glaze..
On the palate it’s dry with high - barely so - alcohol (14% ABV). The acidity is lovely and energetic. Tannins are silky and well-integrated.
100% Syrah from Hermitage hill, biodynamic and lower intervention in the winery. Textured and deep.
Delicious !!!!
