Gooden amber with tan and full opacity, festive bubbling, cotton-white head holds its ring but dissipates to cosmic swirl/rearing dragon. Alpine winter lacing, always making its way home. Yeasty with candied pineapple, grapefruit, baked apple, lime. Lime continues on palate through an apple vinegar mist, lemon peel, dried persimmon, quince and white pepper. Stunner.

The bouquet is fresh and very floral. The color is a vibrant ruby red with an immediate taste of tart red raspberries. A full zing, medium tannins, along with a silky and smooth finish. Insanely good! This shows why they are one of the best sour beer makers. Nose of funky flowers and palate is just so enjoyable. There’s citrus, hibiscus, cream, and tons of sour fruit. Just wonderful. — 3 years ago
