61pc Mourvedre, 39pc Syrah. Raspberry and pepper with an attractive floral note popping through the mid-palate. A touch of burn but overall attractive with characteristic gaminess.

Really liked the Mourvèdre flavor. Very distinctive Nice balance. Good harmony.

Very young. but like in all typical Mourvèdre -it has the aroma of black pepper and red meat. high in tannins. comes in strong at the onset but finishes off smoothly nicely with the Syrah. will only improve after a few more years in the bottle.

Far too jammy woody new world for my taste, although there is good complexity and it’s not a poorly made wine. Hard to find the typicity, though.
