Solera vintages: 2005-2013, Dégorgement: 01/2016, Dosage: 0-4g/l, All 7 Cépage, this is so interesting, screaming acidity, beautiful development & layers of complexity, outstanding wine. — 9 years ago

Can't get enough of this elegant wine! — 11 years ago
Note, in 2019 hail cut yields by 40%, Deep Ruby with concentrated aromas of ripe dark fruits and spices. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with leather, licorice and smoky herb notes. Fine tannins, hints of oak on medium+ finish ending with fruit, herb and earthy mineral tones. Nice! — 3 years ago
Terra orca is right! The earth is coming at me and I’m seeing red. But not the red of fury, the red of passion, the red of pleasure, and the red of desire. One sip of this and desire for the pleasure of passion from this wine endures. The palate parties with minerals. — 5 years ago
Amazing nose. Some complexities not often seen in rose. Earthy, forest floor tones on the nose intermixed with berries growing in the underbrush. Lovely acid and body. Sweet finish — 6 years ago
Glad I got a case. Excellent — 7 years ago

Budget friendly Cru Beaujolais (Brouilly). Vivid light ruby color. Intense nose of earth, smoke, purple flowers, wet stones and red berries. Just a touch of Brett. Pallet is full of lush and juicy red and blue fruit. Hint of baking spices. Gentle texture and extremely soft tannins. Bright! — 4 years ago

Did a blind tasting of the top 20 with a wide variety of people. Many experienced champagne/wine folks. This is it! Hands down the best non-traditional (not sour) Champagne, i.e. it tastes good. — 11 years ago
