This young Pinot Noir from Oregon is drinking nicely now.

Showing red fruits with light oak, spices, tobacco leaf, dark chocolates and peppercorn.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Whole Cluster Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2021

Ruby red color. Initial slight funk and black currant on smell. Taste with fruit/cherry/blackberry forward notes followed by pepper through the finish, light tannins as expected. Drinkable if let aerate. — 10 days ago

For the price point, it always delivers. Slightly thinner than previous years, but full of flavor. — 22 days ago

Scents of cherry and spice greet you. In the mouth the cherry is prominent along with raspberry and cranberry that meld with black tea like tannins and vibrant acid. — 8 days ago

@vinokeeno LOL, that too!

Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2019

Bottle showing some premature age. Probably due to improper temp storage prior to purchase. It came around but glad we drank it young. Brooding smoky profile. Not my fave from this producer — 11 days ago

Cumberland Reserve Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2019

Medium ruby/purple color. Aromas of candied cranberry, violets, rose petals (beautifully floral) and herbs. Red fruits galore on the pallet (including huckleberries) along with mushroom and black tea. Flinty and spicy finish. Nice crunchy texture snd beautiful structure. Medium bodied with long lasting acidity. Simply terrific! — 19 days ago

Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

2 hour decant(some cloudy sediment). An impressive inky ruby red color. On the nose: black fruit, toasty vanilla, floral, blue fruit, spice, and old leather. Taste: creamy, juicy wine with plum, leather, smoke, tobacco, blueberry, and a slightly bitter dark chocolate long finish. YUM! — 13 days ago
