A great bottle for a celebration or just because that is reasonably priced for the wonderful taste. Effervescent “forward” makes for great fun and lots of enjoyment. — 4 months ago
One of my favorite vintners. Lots of good acids and bitey tannins. Some leather, raspberry and cherry, brambles, black pepper, touch of graphite? From Big Nose Full Body. 04/12/25 — 7 months ago
This is very elegant & harmonious.
Dark sour cherry with some crushed stone and a pinch of orange peel & herbs. Fresh. Juicy.
On the palate this is very smooth, juicy, with great flow and beautiful balance. The 14.5% alc perfectly integrated.
Nice depth & length, too. — 8 months ago
Clear, pale ruby in color. On the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of cherry, raspberry, and smoke. On the palate, it's dry with high acidity, low tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of tart cherry, hibiscus, and wet slate with a medium finish. This wine is intense, complex, and with enough fruit to balance the acidity. Overall, I would rate this wine as very good. — 2 months ago

Lovely smell and full mouthfeel. A real kick from the tannins to end it off (a tad too much without food). — 2 years ago
Absolutely delicious. Light and balanced. — 2 years ago
Not as dry as expected, satisfying fruity roses. — 3 months ago
Young, robust, very fruity. Lovely. With very good Piemontese cuisine at "L'Acino" restaurant, Torino. — 3 months ago

Really nice; had it on Rob’s birthday (52) — 8 months ago
Reddish in color with a purplish hue.
Elegant nose and full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing raspberries, cherries, black plums, black currants, coffee, light oak and spices.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is an elegant and very pleasant Nebbiolo from Piedmont.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime.
Still young and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine.
100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged in used American and French oak barrels for 12 months.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Ripe! Menthol on the nose, red fruit. Good acid, small tannins in the finish. — 2 months ago
