2017. Soft lemon verbena and lemon panna -cotta notes; hint of lychee, lime zest and white pepper, but geared up on a cocktail of grapefruit and grenadine, with ginkgo fruit. Plush, lush and round nose. Lemon lime juices and zests waver between racy and ripe. Lemon pith is the lining. Tight and green in many ways but very enjoyable now!

Rich palate drives an olive and lemon oil union straight into an interesting baked lemon flattening with bright acid dichotomy. Incredible depth and infinite layers of stunning complexity.
