Gobelsburger Cistercien Rosé Blend 2023
I have a soft spot for this Austrian Winery. They used to have a tasting room in Passau/Germany. Their Rieslings are great across the board and their Grüners actually have depth.
The grounds belong to the monks - and for some time they still made Messwein. Wine for the church.

Deep violet with transparent edge. Oak, Plum, red flower. Acidic. Juicy. Spiciness. Tannin. Matured fruits like Prune. Herbaceous.
