Autolytic nose, yeasty with a dank, savory quality to it. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with a combo of toast, apple, and lemon. — 4 years ago
Toast and brioche — 5 years ago
See previous notes 210 weeks ago. Pale Lemon in colour. Aromas of White flowers, lanolin, straw, toast and herbs. Typical soapy texture on the palate - creamy notes with mild acid and medium intensity. As stated in previous notes Hunter Valley Semillon puts on weight with cellaring - this is a good example. Gold color with a nose of green apple, pineapple, and toast. Nice full bodied Chardonnay with a velvety texture. Flavors persist over a nice, smooth finish. — 6 years ago
Good straightforward Champagne. Nothing wrong with it but not interesting either. Some good toast notes but little fruit. — 2 years ago
One of my fav entry level Champagnes. Laser focused lemon toast. — 4 years ago
Really pretty, not over the top. Toast, apple, tiny bubbles and great acid. — 4 years ago
Love this wine/producer. Super clean and focused. Tart apple, slight toast, pear, crushed rocks and amazing acidity to bring it all together. — 6 years ago
It’s Miller time. Well…actually Billecart time. I like this more than I buy it. One of good cuvées easily found in 375ml.
The body creamy, layered, nice c02, bruised golden & green apple, ripe Bosc pear, pineapple flesh, tropical melons-mango driven, lime & lemon zest, cream soda, cream, white spice-ginger, bread, yeast, brioche, soft but grainy moist chalkiness, sea spray/fossils, slightly chard sourdough toast, wet/softened alluvial, limestone, wet river stone, notes of flintiness, yellow lilies, white orchids, fruit blossoms, jasmine, rainfall acidity, excellent balanced fruit & earth, tension, structure with a juicy two-minute polished finish that falls onto beautiful minerality.
BTW, home grown tomatoes with Companion Bakery wheat sourdough, lightly toasted w/ olive oil, burrata, Tondo balsamic (stunning), olive oil & fresh basil never gets old. — 2 years ago

Great bottle of wine from Northern Rhône. A blend of 98% Syrah and 2% Viognier, aromas dark fruits with notes of toast, espresso and cigar box spice. On the palate sweet blackberry and plum flavors with cacao and tobacco notes. Good balance with fine soft tannins, long ending with earthy mineral character. Developing nicely and has lots of room to age. Consistently good. A Fav! — 5 years ago
Deep gold to amber color. Beautiful clearly defined nose of green apple, hint of almond powder marzipan and buttered toast. Medium body with high acidity. Leads to an ultra long finish with mouthwatering fresh acidity. Really awesome stuff. Out of Magnum. — 5 years ago
