The Antica Terra Botanica Pinot Noir has concentrated notes of black cherry compote, mulberry, wild strawberry, violet, blood orange peel, crushed stone, tarragon leaves, cacao nibs, & clove with fine, polished tannins, lifted acidity, balance; an elegant wine that’s light on its feet with depth of character, projecting a quiet strength. — 3 months ago

Crystal clear, pale yellow with greenish hues, only really effervescent on the palate, not really showing bubbles in the glass, with a crisp minerality, vegetal notes of hay, maybe the scent of sand, crisp green fruits, like green fig, with some tart yellow fruit and a slight funk on the nose. Light to medium body, with crisp acidic and mineral freshness, crisp apple like flavors and a distinct natural wine funk that lingers into the long finish. — 4 months ago
#Remembrance #Love 6/25.
Sofia loved Penguins. We played w/ them in Dubai and she also skied indoor while I had a spot of Champagne and watched from a very big window. Only in Dubai. They have to build things of that nature…cus w/o them…just a bunch of sand. — a year ago
Well balanced flowery and citrusy. The after taste is minerally and caramaly and develops for a while. — 3 months ago
Interesting wine at a local popular tapas place in Barcelona! Nicely paired with the choices! — 6 months ago
Smell blackberry and plum, Taste raspberry, blackberry. Fruit forward. Dry mouth at the end.

Light golden color, restrained nose of yellow fruit maybe even yellow kiwi. Rich and round, ripe yellow apples, some stone, decent acidity. Needs time for tertiary notes that seem like they’d be interesting. Maybe a bit low on acid, although the mineral and reductive note keep it pretty well balanced. — 3 years ago
Yellow still with green. Chalk. Sur lie’s. Subtle citrus. Good acidity. Muscadet Sevre Et Maine Sur-Lie La Louvetrie Domaine Landron 22 @1628/375, Toscan, 250921-251006 — 3 months ago
Disg. 2/14 (07 base)…Always my favorite of the Lieux-Dits and without question one of the very best Blanc de Blancs Champagnes on the planet, it’s particularly special to have with some bottle age. It’s absolutely as stunning as hoped—rich and powerful with crazy depth to its layers with a deep, complex core of caramelized orchard fruit, roasted nuts, old rum barrels and candied white flowers, all with seamless integration. The palate is generous and detailed, with racy acids, waves of saline laced, chalky Le Mesnil minerals and a finish that just stays with you. A BdB benchmark, legendary bubbles. — 3 months ago
We had the 2012 and it was fabulous. All the purity and grace of grand cru Chardonnay, with elegant depth from the honey and nut overtones that age brings. This was a wonderful experience. (Pro tip: Please don’t drink it too cold: you’ll miss so many of the flavors!) — 4 months ago
Exceptional. Our guests loved this from the first sip. this wine paired beautifully with with the salty latkes and sour cream appetizers we served. It was just as magnificent with roast salmon, and a butternut squash with maple-Serrano glaze. Depth, brightness and all-around delicious. — 10 months ago
