Read the hype, bought the bargain, drank it alone like a responsible adult. Too bad the 2021 is too young and tight-wound at first, but on day three it exhaled and pulled me completely inward. Magnetic. I am sold. Deep and complex, there are too many layers to name, but i immensely enjoy the fruit’s push against the savory pull. Quietly persuasive rather than flashy. — 3 months ago
This wine gives a pale golden color in the glass. The nose is more subdued than I expected. There is lemon, mango, almond, and minerality available to smell. The palate is more forceful, and a delight besides. Citrus minerals are joined by salinity and a racy acidity, which begs for a food pairing. Seafood is a natural pairing choice, but I loved it with dolmas and hummus. — 4 months ago

Some honeyed notes, mineral, floral, white stonefruits, medium-viscous, nice acidity, good balance, lingering finish, very nice Paso Robles blanc. — 5 days ago
