1979 vintage. Not the biggest Jordan fan but this one hit before the mass California hysteria. Decanted and tasted after 10 mins-2 hours. Plenty of cedar, tannins and otherwise, structural components. Solid showing. May pick up a few of these for the holidaze. What a nice find ! I’m Leary of the 2020 vintages from Napa due to the fires, but this vintage was excellent. A dark purple well balanced Cabernet shows itself well . At $70 per bottle this is a solid value . Complex and a nice finish , it reminds me of some of my favorite California cabs . Of course , having a link from Duckhorn and Winemaker of the year Tony Biaggi always helps ! — 2 months ago

2015 vintage. At the crest of drinkability meshed with cellar dweller. Right there. Decently priced so that you can hit it in both stages, multiple times. Medium body with solid acidity/tannins and full, frontal fruit. 9.6.23. — 7 months ago

1hr decant but probably could have PnP’d. Nice dark red color. Some cedar and dark cherries on the nose. Easy to drink. Nothing remarkable or off putting, just a solid wine. Fades pretty quick with medium depth and finish. — 3 months ago

Always a solid Sonoma cab. Some anise and dark fruit, dark chocolate and anise. Slight bit of dill and vanilla. Drinks young, this could go for a bit longer. Good strong tannins but smooth enough to balance my prime rib. — 7 months ago
