Always and forever one of my absolute favorite wines. 07 Reynard from the master showed just as well as the bottle I had in February. It’s deep, powerful and has a searing intensity. It’s layered with dark fruit, campfire smoke, olive tapenade, violets and a crushed rock minerality. There is superb concentration along with a firm tannic structure that is beginning to soften. It’s exceptionally well balanced and detailed with a palate saturating texture and a harmonious finish that goes on and on. An outstanding Reynard. — 4 years ago

We had the 2015 Vintage on 1/3-5/25. Medium bodied. An excellent Pinot Noir. Nice mouthfeel. Black cherry blackberry and Asian spice. Really good — 8 months ago
Jammy and fruity, raspberry flavor, light and smooth, better whe let to breathe and paired with charcuterie. — 8 months ago
Nose of black tea, portobello, baked plum and soft, unctuous cherry. Kirsch-chocolate, blood orange, French roast, marigold, ferromagnesian elements. Coffee, baking chocolate, black cherry skin, cigar smoke, venison jerky, char, cassis, and vine charcoal.

Smoke, pepper, chocolate, and oak over blackberry and fig. Starting to bleed the deep dark red color from the edges. Rich and smooth. Paired perfectly with my filet. — 5 years ago
Excellent wine. Paired well with the elk steak I had with it.

From a pristine bottle with a 4cm fill and an appropriate cork. Reddish tawny color with reddish amber rims. Barely translucent. Looks young for its age. Notes of rich warm fruit, cassis, smoke, some cedar planks, and a whole lot of leather saddle. Incredibly rich in the mouth. Silky. Long impactful finish. This wine appears to have no end of life in sight for it. Guesses were all in the 1980’s. Amazing wine. BDay dinner 10/12. — 7 years ago
