Ottima acidità che rinfresca e chiede un altro sorso, Tannino ben presente, levigato e integrato, dona una sensazione piacevole di bastoncino di liquirizia, che ritroviamo tra l'altro e per altro motivo, anche nel lungo finale. Gorgonzola naturale invecchiato accompagna il mio bicchiere. La morbidezza del vino accarezza la piccantezza del formaggio. — 11 years ago

A deep purplish red, opaque, slightly orange rim. Light cherry nose and palate, some waxiness, and a hint of mustiness. Quite balanced with low acidity, medium+ tannins.
