Blend of 50% Touriga Nacional, 35% Touriga Franca, 10% Tinta Roriz, 4% Tinta Barroca & 1% Alicante Bouschet, aged in used French oak for 14 months, aromas of fresh dark berry flavors with herb, spice and cedar notes. On the palate flavors of blueberry and plum with licorice, cedar, espresso and spicy herbs. Fine ripe tannins, medium finish ending with fruit, cedar, spice and herb character. Really tasty wine, had with Spanish tapas. Smell is cherry and a weird bread/biscuit note that smells like a bakery. Full bodied, very fruity. Went well with all the assorted foods. Would love to have again. — 18 days ago
