Resuming my journey through Italian wine with this lovely Moscato D'Asti. Bursting with orange peel and lemon bar aromas backed by notes of orchard blossoms, gardenia, and a hint of minerals. Delightful summer fun. — 24 days ago
Acidic and drab with a nice richness. — 2 months ago
Bright, salty, mineral notes, has some body. The reviewers noting an oiliness are spot on. Floral, plenty of baked yellow fruit (pear, golden apple). — 17 days ago
Some fruit for a Chianti. Great value. Well balanced — 23 days ago
continuing in the vein of unusual Italian wines, we thoroughly enjoyed this 10 yr old Teroldego from Tuscany of all places: pouring a deep rich ruby, partially opaque with copious quantities of red fruit on the nose, some dark berried fruit as well, licorice, dirt & soil, peppery goodness some dried herbs and so on. complex and engaging, med bodied on palate, more fruit & spice, fleshy mild tannins and smooth finish - other than color, not showing its age. — 2 months ago
