Pale ruby, black currant, plum, peppercorn. Medium- tannins with a sweet finish. An easy drinking wine. — 4 months ago
New grape for me, and new Broc for me. Love it! The nose is a bit green and underripe, but the fruit is amazing. Red currant, raspberry, black cherry, some strawberry, but damp and dark, then it turns dry. Great balance of fruitiness and dryness towards the end. Some tannins on the finish and subtly herbal, but not much. Pure dry fruit for quite a while. Comforting winter red. Lovely label. With pizza.
As with other Brocs, this doesn’t hold up so much on the second day. Drink fresh. — 5 months ago

Founded in 1982 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer and sits on a tree covered knoll overlooking the Napa Valley, with caves that extend for over a mile. Pale lemon color with aromas of stone and tropical fruit, sweet oak, spice and floral scents. On the palate flavors of ripe peach, melon and apple, with vanilla spice, creamy texture. Medium+ finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with mineral notes. — 5 months ago

Deep purple in color; cassis, black cherries, and graphite on the nose; medium minus acidity; high tannins; tastes like black currants, blackberries, and eucalyptus with a long finish. — 2 months ago
