온도가 너무 차가울땐 산도만 꽤 느껴지고 잘 모르겠더라
바닐라, 오크 향이 느껴지고 뒷맛이 확실히 남는다

꺼내놓고 좀 식히니까 향이 확실히 살아난다. 바닐라나 오크향이 올라오고 마시면 바닐라에서 오는 고소함?이 있다
산도랑 고소함, 바디감이 조화롭고 좋다

은아는 기름냄새가 난다고하는데 난다고 생각하고 맡아보다보니까 딱 잡아진다!

Medium deep garnet core , medium wide garnet rim . This shows very well still with some sous bois , dried herbal hints and cherry . On the palate this shows good freshness , red cherry again, freshly cut herbs , touch of tobacco and black tea . Balanced acidity and lightly dusty but resolved tannins . Good length and presence on the palate , with enough fruit still , good balance and a black tea stained finish. This is at peak , and will probably stay here for a few more years , so no immediate rush, but is unlikely to improve further . — a month ago

Huge producer but all organic. Cranberry, cherry, orange peel, tobacco leaf, carob, perfect smidge of VA to keep things interesting. Ripe, tactile tannins. Touch hot at 14.5%. Drink or hold with or without food. I preferred the balance of this on day 2. — 9 days ago

Quite deep ruby , garnet core with quite wide garnet rim . Apparently quite a deep , healthy colour for the age. Quite herbal on the nose , dried spices , coffee , with old wood , cacao , touch of mint and spicy tobacco . On the palate this shows good elegance , with sous bois , cassis , dried cherry , tobacco , grafite and rose tinged black tea . Quite fresh acidity and lightly drying tannins . Reasonable length , spicy , herbal tinged finish . Though this is still giving quite a lot of pleasure it is probably at the end of its drinking window , so I would drink up bottles in the near future . — a month ago

Deep ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of cherries, raspberries, and graphite; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blackberries, tart cherries, and crushed gravel with a long finish. This wine is complex and intense, but with a little volatile acidity (which is ok if you like tart flavors). Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 5 days ago
