Clear nose and very fresh. Chlorophyll, wet stones, celeriac, perfumed minerals. Gorgeous nose. Juicy and intense but also soft and accessible with lovely fruit and purity. Nose is so spicy. Glorious herbals and green veggies and flowers. Wet stones and as it airs it develops a perfume. Juicy, gentle and elegant with terrific finesse and an anise flavor to it that is wonderful. Long finish. Really compelling crushed rock complexity. Juicy and so clean.
