Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruits, espresso, cedar and sweet floral notes, aged 16 months in 100% French oak (40% new). On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and ripe red plum with notes of cacao, vanilla and dried floral herbs. Fine rich firm tannins, long finish ending with fruit, cacao, spice, oak and earthy mineral notes. Nice but need to wait a few years on this beauty. — 2 months ago
Smooth. Layers of flavor — 4 months ago
Expressive, red fruit forward, warm herbal, cheek tantalizing Shiraz. We tasted it with a variety of salamis and cheeses. Most hard cheeses took away from the wine and made it sharper, single note. A softer herbal blue cheese added. A truffled infused salami from Brazil supported the wine. Others not really. Amazingly it rose to incredible heights with some heated up leftover grilled lamb grilled lamb. Gave it depth with earthy and fall forest floor notes. — 7 months ago
Spicy with lots of dark chocolate, black pepper, blackberry, vanilla backed by minerals and softer lavender aromas. Long finish, significant depth. One of the finer shiraz I've had, whether old or new world. — 3 months ago
Very complex red wine with a deep ruby color and purple highlights. Intense aromas of red fruit, earth, leather and baking spices. Pallet features bright red cherry fruit, tobacco, dried herbs, forest floor and cedar. Touch of menthol on the long finish. Medium-plus body and nicely rounded tannins. Nice texture but the wine needs a bit more bottle age. Excellent as always! — 2 months ago
This one disappeared quickly. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose introduced the bright red berry flavors on the palate. Cranberry, raspberry, pomegranate. This almost had the sensation of having cherry-flavored Pop Rocks in my mouth given its slight effervescence. 100% Gamay. 12/22/22. — 6 months ago
