Deep ruby, full body, high tannic, high acidity, black fruit, cherry, tobacco, chocolate, berry jam, sage, sandal wood, eucalyptus, spice, thyme, long finish, fruitful, good complexity — 2 years ago
Good. Super meaty. You have to drink this with a meal. Something with red meat. The blackberry is almost overpowering, but I love it. — 9 years ago
Very smooth wine. Great price but not as good as the Kirkland Columbia Valley cab/Merlot blend. — 10 years ago
Very easy to drink. Surprisingly smooth Good buy for the price. — 11 years ago
Jordan is always good... Thinking it would have been better with a steak than the Chicken Parm at Runway 84... Thank you Ralph and the crew from Las Olas... What is better than Thursday night at this place... The chick from Mob wives by the bar taking pics... Chicken Parm and a good Cab... Ahh.... Youth is waisted on the young!!! — 12 years ago
Unbelievable. So much flavor, so light yet good texture and long finish. Probably my favorite. — 8 months ago
It has a nearly opaque, dark fruited appearance that opens up to very appealing and persistent aromatics and flavors of blueberries and blackberries.
There is still a good amount of primary fruit; it is medium/full, well structured with a good balance of juicy acidity and refined tannins at the finish. New oak is there, but unobtrusive.
Overall, this 2010 is a reserved and savory St. Julien that doesn’t whack me over the head with gobs of oak and loads of sweet jammy fruit. It is definitely “worth a search” if you don’t have it. — 10 months ago
I grab my wines by random out of the fridge. I grabbed it from the cheap zone and we really pleased with the quality as it is excellent.
Turns out it is not cheap, it's like $35-40. It's still good just not a great value — 5 years ago
163rd out of 375. A standard for good reason. — 8 years ago
Absolutely amazing. Lots of good brett. Balanced and delicious. Great dark fruit aromas and flavors. So smooth. Medium high tannins and acidity. Perfect silky texture. A little funk on the nose and palate (positive). Aroma and flavors are out of this world. Leather bag full of cherries and raspberries. Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carmenere. Complex. Delicious 13.5% abv — 9 years ago
Great wine, good quality for the price — 11 years ago
So good! My favorite Malbec currently. — 12 years ago
Mostly Zinfandel with less than 20% of other red varieties blended in. Dark ruby color. Intense aromatics of black currant/berry, black raspberry and plums. Same ripe fruits on the palate with additional flavors of black olive, basil, black pepper and baking spices. Long and lingering finish. Lively tannins and zesty acidity. Bold and powerful but not over the top. Good choice, Keith S! — 2 years ago
Old man look at my life, I'm a lot like you were..... Hottubbin' with Christian... Fab juice. 1989 was a good year... 13% cali bord blend... Say what?! — 11 years ago
This wine is inexpensive, kind of sweet, and good for unwinding. I was happily surprised! — 11 years ago

From mag. soft raspberry fruit. Slightly tart. Very good purity. A little light compared to the wines alongside — 7 months ago
