Mid Lemon in colour. Peachey flavours with a bitter finish. Full and luscious but finishes dry with 13.5% Alcohol. Nice to drink after the Grosset to compare. The following day honeyed notes. Delicious and uniquely European. — 6 years ago

Family home for Christmas so these are brief notes. From a block of vines planted in 1961. A dry style but showing more fulsome flavours than the usual lime/lemon citrus. I actually enjoyed this as much as the Grosset Springvale. — a year ago
