Another sparkling from Savoy / Mont Blanc region, made with Gringet grapes, 12.5%. Beautiful golden color, with nice perlage. Mineral nose, pleasant. I had it with oysters from Bretagne and it was a fantastic pairing: the minerals in the wine brought out all the sapidity and the roundness of the oysters.
