2021 vintage. QPR off the charts. $13.43 a bottle resto cost. Ridiculously good at that price. Medium body with spice, fruit and structure. Too inexpensive for me to exploit but perhaps someone else can? If I see this in the wild, pouncing on all fours. 04.09.25. — 8 months ago

I didn’t decant this and the opening night glass still showed it had legs.

Birth year wine.

When we can back to it at the end of the night, it had added weight and complexity. Definitely a heady wine & a special experience.

Riserva Chianti Classico Sangiovese 2021

Seems like a great classic representation of a Chianti. Cherry, Dusty, various baking spices. Interesting enough when it first opened there is definitely a caramel or a burnt sugar going on there, but it faded within the first 5 to 10 minutes. After that it settled down to Fruit forward without any bad tannins or anything else, but still not flabby. Delicious and went very well with our pasta.  — 5 months ago
